flood

Basement flooded.
Furniture is heavy.
The water is cold.
Carpet needs to be replaced.
That is really all I have to say about that.

    I think that tidbit of info would ensure that your landlord cover all the expenses, including furniture, repainting, etc.etc.

    This would have been a time to call P.M. or B.H.
    You gotta ask for help!
