Basement flooded.
Furniture is heavy.

umm - actually - now that you mention it - i sorta recall that - a little late - but i do remember.
I think that tidbit of info would ensure that your landlord cover all the expenses, including furniture, repainting, etc.etc.
This would have been a time to call P.M. or B.H.
You gotta ask for help!
